Justine has a passion for movement, mindfulness, and mental health and over the last 20 years she has combined these passions to assist people to reach their optimal mental and physical health. With a background in conflict resolution, Justine believes that the value of true health and happiness is a balance of both mental and physical wellbeing. Justine had a successful career in the fitness industry becoming a Master Personal Trainer and running her own PT business for several years prior to discovering the immense benefits of yoga and mindfulness.

Justine is a qualified yoga instructor, as well as a Mindfulness and Movement teacher, and in 2020 she qualified as a Pause Breathwork Facilitator. Justine is also a yoga teacher trainer, and she runs workshops and programs with a focus on movement, mindfulness, breathwork and sound to support and strengthen people’s mental health and well-being. Her yoga teaching extends to work with first responders, emergency services and the military veteran community. She takes a trauma informed position in her yoga and movement teaching, recognising that people need to feel safe, respected, and secure in order to connect body and mind.

As a Wellbeing Consultant and Facilitator with Life Unlimited, Justine delivers seminars and workshops on mindfulness, movement, the mind-body connection, stress and anxiety management, as well as teaching Life Unlimited online yoga classes.

Justine lives on the beautiful South Coast of NSW and has truly embraced the online space so she can reach out to people all over Australia and indeed, the world.
